Planning and Zoning Commission Minutes <br />March 15, 2001 <br /> <br />DRAFT <br /> <br />Paqe 5 <br /> <br />Mr. Hill asked Mr. Bluto what is his build schedule on this <br />subdivision. <br /> <br />Mr. Bluto said he is going to develop it in two phases so it will have <br />30 lots in the first phase and 25 lots in the second phase. He said <br />they are planning on building 2 years per phase, 4. years tops. The <br />prices will start at $220,000 on up. <br /> <br />There being no further Comments Mr. Dwiggins MOTZONED to deny <br />Petition C01-01(S) based on the adequate public facilities <br />ordinance, seconded by Mr. Drye. The vote was unanimous. <br />Petition C01-0:[(S) - Denied <br /> <br />The Chair introduced the' third item on the Agenda, Preliminary Subdivision Plat <br />Approval, Petition C01-02(S): <br /> <br />Applicant: Michael 3. Fox & Associates~ LLC <br />Request: Preliminary Subdivision Plat Approval <br /> <br />This was a request to the Cabarrus County Planning and Zoning <br />Commission from Michael .1. Fox & Associates, LLC, to have his <br />subdivision Michael .1. Fox, LLC, approved preliminary. <br /> <br />Mr. Rodger Lentz, Senior Planner, addressed the Board staUng that <br />the staff had some outstanding issues that they need to work out <br />with the applicant. He requested that the Board table this item <br />until next month. <br /> <br />There being no further comments Mr. Drye MO~ONED, seconded <br />by Mr. Ritchie to table Petition C01-02(S) until next month.
