The Chair said this rezoning will go to the County Commissioners for approval. The Chair introduced the fifth item on the Agenda, Harrisburg Land Use Plan: Applicant: Cabarrus County Planning Staff0. Request: Harrisburg Land Use Plan This was a request to the Cabarrus County Planning and Zoning Commission from Cabarrus County Planning Staff to have the Board review the Harrisburg'Land Use Plan. Board Mr. Rodger Lentz, Senior Planner, passed out copies of the Harrisburg Land Use Plan to the Board for their review. He said it will be discussed at next month's meeting and would like to have the Board recommend it to the County Commissioners for their approval. He said basically this would be a joint plan between the Town of Harrisburg and the County. Mr. Lentz said on the title page it was adopted just this week by the Town Council after its recommendation by the Planning Board in Harrisburg.
