Mr. Drye, Mr. Dwiggins, Mr. Hobbs, Mr. MOose, <br />Mr. Ritchie and Mr. Wilder in favor of the rezoning. · Mr. Benton, Mr. <br />Hill and Ms. Lingafelt against the rezoning. <br /> <br />The Chair said this rezoning will go to the County Commissioners <br />for approval. <br /> <br />The Chair introduced the fifth item on the Agenda, Harrisburg Land Use Plan: <br /> <br />Applicant: Cabarrus County Planning Staff0. <br />Request: Harrisburg Land Use Plan <br /> <br />This was a request to the Cabarrus County Planning and Zoning <br />Commission from Cabarrus County Planning Staff to have the Board <br />review the Harrisburg'Land Use Plan. <br /> <br />Board <br /> <br />Mr. Rodger Lentz, Senior Planner, passed out copies of the <br />Harrisburg Land Use Plan to the Board for their review. He said it <br />will be discussed at next month's meeting and would like to have <br />the Board recommend it to the County Commissioners for their <br />approval. He said basically this would be a joint plan between the <br />Town of Harrisburg and the County. Mr. Lentz said on the title <br />page it was adopted just this week by the Town Council after its <br />recommendation by the Planning Board in Harrisburg.
