Harrisburg Volunteer Fire Department and <br />Rescue, Inc. is requesting a non-emergency franchise. Issuing Harrisburg Volunteer Fire Department and Rescue, <br />Inc. this franchise will allow Cabarras County EMS to better utilize our departments' medical resources and <br />Advanced Life Support ambulances. A franchise will allow Harrisburg to bill for transport or other services <br />provided as part of the counties medical services system. Our primary goal would be to provide added services <br />within our fire protection district. Harrisburg Volunteer Fire Department and Rescue, Inc. would also be available to <br />provide assistance to both Cabarrus County EMS or other franchise agencies serving Cabarrus County as needed. <br /> <br />We at Harrisburg are excited about the added opportunities this franchise will afford the Corporation.
