G. Time of Delivery of Treatment Sessions: IOPT and ROPT groups will be <br /> offered day and evening as needed. All clients will be required to work <br /> cooperatively with the P~:ovider to schedule individual sessions. This means <br /> that clients may have to adjust their schedules from time to time to <br /> accommodate the required individual sessions. <br /> <br />H. Clinical Supervision: The Provider shall also provide for clinical supervision <br /> of counseling staff and substance abuse treatment component' of the program. <br /> This will consist of a minimum of two hours of weekly on-site supervision, <br /> case reviews, consultations, and client evaluations. <br /> <br />Relapse Prevention: The Provider will make an outpatient "Relapse <br />Prevention" program available for those clients involved in the Provider's <br />IOPT program. <br /> <br />Jo <br /> <br />Family Therapy: Families of clients are expected to be included in the client's <br />clinical treatment regimen. Arrangements shall be made by the Provider to <br />provide family treatment once a month for at least 1.5 hours in conjunction <br />with all Phases of the client's treatment. <br /> <br />K. Aftercare for D.rug Treatment Graduates: The Provider agrees that graduates <br /> from all phases of the program will be given opportunity to continue to attend <br /> the aftercare sessions for up to one year at no cost to the County. <br /> <br />'L. Inpatient Services: The Provider shall assist the officers of the Court in <br /> assessing inpatient services as needed. <br /> <br />M. Psychological and Psychiatric Services: The Provider will refer all clients <br /> with suspected psychological or psychiatric issues to an appropriate provider <br /> and will communicate such suspected issues to the other appropriate <br /> individuals. <br /> <br />N. Provider agrees to locate the office in a location, near the courthouse. <br /> <br />O. Urine screens will be obtained by D.C.C. on a random basis. <br /> <br />Cognitive Restructuring Education - Whereas the provider agrees to provide <br />each offender assessed appropriate a Cognitive Restructuring Education <br />program (CRE). This program shall consist of a minimum of two hours per <br />week for a minimum of 16 weeks. <br /> <br />Q. Life Skill Workshops - Whereas the provider agrees to provide each offender <br /> assessed appropriate for IOPT, ROPT, or CRE an eight topic course of life <br /> skills. The topics shall include, but not be limited to, Assertiveness Training, <br /> Finances, Parenting, Job Preparation, and Physical Health.
