<br />unanimously carried, the Board reappointed Karen Pensgen to the Adult Care
<br />Home Community Advisory Committee for a term of three years ending June 30,
<br />2004.

<br /> Commissioner Privette nominated Ernestine Earnhardt for appointment to
<br />the com~aittee. Commissioner Freeman nominated Terri C. Clark for
<br />appointment.

<br /> UPON MOTION of Cormmissioner Freeman, seconded by Co~unissioner Privette
<br />and unanimously carried, the Board appointed Ernestine H. Earnhardt and Terri
<br />C. Clark to the Adult Care Home Community Advisory Committee for an initial
<br />term of one year ending June 30, 2002.

<br />Advisory Committee for a term of two years ending June 30, 2003. Further,
<br />the Board appointed Vernie King, who had previously served as an alternate
<br />member, as a regular member to the Advisory Committee for a term of two years
<br />ending June 30, 2003.

<br />Ferraro. The Hoard delayed the appointment of an alternate member until the
<br />meeting in August.
