All final inspections by the public service providers must be complete and fees must <br />be paid before the Planning Services Director will sign the Certificate of Approval by the <br />Planning and Zoning Director. Certificate number (6) as follows in Section (c) must be <br />affixed to all final plats where public utility services are provided by the City of Concord: <br /> <br />Add: <br /> <br />Section 66-40(c) Final Plat Requirements <br /> <br />6.
