This <br />confirmation is contingent upon both parties agreement and signing of a contract <br />and the issuance of the utility franchise by the North Carolina Utilities <br />Commissicn. <br /> <br /> The water supply will be drawn from at least two wells ',o be drilled on the <br />property. A secondary water sou;cc~ could be drawn from the Stallings Glen <br />water system which is contiguous to thu ,~.!anned development. Heater Utilities, <br />Inc. is the franchised utility for the Sta!lings Glen water system.
