The sight distance to the left when exiting from Sunswept Lane onto Caldwell Rd: is poor to
marginal.
2. A fUll center lane between driveways, extending through Asheby Dr. to Caldwell Parkway, with a
270' departure will be required.
3. A minimum of 400' between intersections will be required.
4. If the streets are intended to be added to the state highway system in the fUture, a thorough
subdivision review will be required.
5. A driveway permit with corresponding bond for roadway improvement will also be required.

This is a preliminary review of the information available and is subject to change upon receipt of
additional plans.
