Ennis and Margaret Linker have agreed to allow the pro- <br />posed sewer line easement from the adjoining property owned by LPT Investments, Pier Protz <br />Tarrant, manager or their assigns, through our property to the sewer line connection adjacent to <br />Pharr Mill Rd. ¢~cC. <br />We have further entered into a~agreement to purchase approximately 4.97 acres from LPT <br />Investments as shown on the current subdivision map. We also agree to allow 3.87 acres of that <br />parcel to be dedicated for common open space for the subdivision. <br /> <br /> <br />
