Consistent with the goals and objectives of activities assisted under the act, we will take <br />the following steps to minimize the displacement of persons from their homes: <br /> <br />1. No housing unit will be demolished that, after inspection, has been found to <br /> be in such structural condition that it can be repaired for $25.00 per square <br /> foot up to a maximum of $25,000 per structure. <br />2.
