As per Region F program policy, if the newly appointed member <br />has not received their training within three months time, they will be asked by the <br />Ombudsman to be removed from the Community Advisory Committee. Training <br />opportunities were offered on May 4-5, 2001, June 8-9, 2001, and August 10-11, 2001. <br /> <br />Since you were appointed on February 19, 2001, and have yet to complete training to <br />serve on the committee, this letter serves as notice that by copy of this letter to the Clerk <br />of the Board, we are asking the Cabarrus County Commissioners to remove your <br />appointment from the Nursing Home Community Advisory Committee. <br /> <br />If you have any questions regarding this issue or if you would be interested in serving at <br />another time, please feel free to contact Susie Bonds, Clerk to the Board of <br />Commissioners at 704-788-8100, or myself at 704-348-2712. <br /> <br />Sincerely, <br /> <br />Linda H.
