Offerman joint defense working group, <br />all counties wishing to authorize either Chuck Kitchen, Leslie Moxley or Grainger Barrett to <br />represent your county in the appeal must submit a written request to the designated attorney NO <br />LATER THAN FRIDAY, OCTOBER 19, 2001. Ifa written request is not received from a <br />county by that date, the working group members will assume the county has chosen to conduct its <br />own appeal defense. <br /> <br />**Note that this is a change from the previous correspondence concerning the joint defense <br />effort. ** <br /> <br /> <br />
