D. Threat Level 1 - Terrorist Incident. A terrorist incident occurs. The response <br />requires the immediate use of all local resources. Local response to the incident will <br />require augmentation by state and federal resources. <br /> <br /> - All agencies/departments execute response operations <br /> - Response agencies implement unified command structure. <br /> - Activate the County Emergency Operations Center. All agencies involved in <br />the response will have a representative in the EOC and prepare for continuous operations. <br /> - Incident command transfers to the EOC. Operational command will be <br />maintained at the incident site. <br /> - Request assistance from the NC Emergency Management Division <br /> <br />IV. CONTINUITY OF GOVERNMENT <br /> <br /> There are no changes to the continuity of government required by this appendix. <br /> <br />EOP/APPENDIX 1 to ANNEX Q 3 September 2001 <br /> <br /> <br />
