Former Member of Congress and Democratic Caucus Chahman Vic Fazio (D-CA), an <br />-eighteen year veteran of the House Appropriations Committee and former Ranking Member <br />of the Appropriations Subcommittee on Energy and Water Development., serves on our <br />Advisory Board and is available to assist our clients. Another one of our strengths is that we <br />make available the eXpertise and resources 'of all of our professionals and tailor our efforts to <br />best meet the demands of a specific project. <br /> <br />William Ferguson, Jr., Chief Executive Officer <br /> <br />Represents private interests and local governments, emphasizing skills in strategy <br />development, project development and advocacy. Specializes in public works, transportation, <br />land use and economic development. Former principal at the National Center for Municipal <br />Development, representing numerous cities including Fort Lauderdale, Fort Worth, <br />Cleveland, Dayton and Allentown (PA). Received B.A. in History and Political Science from <br />Michigan State University and attended the University of Southern California, Washington <br />Public Affairs Center; Boston University, Department of Urban Affairs; and Harvard <br />University, Kennedy School of Government. Member of the Urban Land Institute. <br /> <br />W. Roger Gwinn, President <br /> <br />Represents private and public agency interests specializing in securing federal funds for <br />energy, technology, community development, water supply and natural resource protection <br />purposes. Former legislative director and chief appropriations staff for U.S. 'Representative <br />Vic Fazio (D-CA) directly responsible for energy, science, environmental and natural <br />resource issues. Received B.A. in Political Science fi:om North Carolina State University. <br /> <br />Leslie Waters Mozingo, Partner <br /> <br />Represents .large urban counties, cities and .transportation authori.ties. Devises and <br />implements strategies for appropriations and authorizations for transportation and economic <br />development projects. Former legislative assistant to U.S. Representative E. Clay Shaw, Jr. <br />(R-FL) where she focused on commerce, housing and the homeless, health and human <br />services, labor, agriculture and immigration issues. Former fundraiser for the National <br />Republican Committee. Received B.S. in Business from the University of Alabama and <br />MBA in Marketing, summa cum laude, from The American University in Washington, D.C. <br /> <br /> <br />
