As you are probably aware the Telecommunications A ct ofJ996-created a number of new charges <br />on bills, some of which are justified and some which are not. Those charges, coupled with the many changes within <br />your local government, including the recent installation of a new phone system, make a re-audit of your services <br />attractive. We have done re-audits in 5 counties now including Catawba, Gaston, Lincoln, Moore, and Wayne, In <br />every case we were able to find addition opportunities.
