The first two easement requests are for telephone equipment adjacent to the <br />Canterfield Estates subdivision on property recently dedicated to the County. The third <br />easement is for a water line on property off Rocky River Road. The developer, Landcraft dba <br />Canterfield LLC, also intends to dedicate additional open space in the development to the <br />County.
