CABARRUS COUNTY, NORTH CAROLINA <br /> <br />PROCLAMATION <br /> <br />WHEREAS, John Ashcroft is the honorable senator from the state of Missouri; <br /> and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Senator Ashcroft will be the guest speaker at church services for <br /> First Assembly of God in Concord, North Carolina in Cabarrus <br /> County on Sunday, January 23, 2000; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, an open reception will held at 2:30 PM so that the good citizens of <br /> Cabarrus County may meet Senator Ashcroft; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Cabarrus County wishes to welcome the good Senator with friendly <br /> Southern hospitality and make him feel at home here in our county. <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, I, Arne L.
