Pleasant Middle ~eh~oI Park Site <br /> <br /> UPON MOTION of Commissioner Barnhart, seconded by Chairman Fennel and <br />unanimously carried, the Board approved the award of a $7,000.00 matching <br />incentive grant for Fiscal Year 1999-2000 to the Mt. Pleasant Youth <br />Baseball/Softball/Soccer Leagues for the installation of batting cages and <br />protective athletic netting on the community athletic fields at the Mt. <br />Pleasant Middle School Park Site. <br /> <br />Authorization to Raise the Fixed Asset Accountinq Limit to $2,500 <br /> <br /> UPON MOTION of Commissioner Barnhart, seconded by Chairman Fennel and <br />unanimously carried, the Board authorized the increase in the fixed asset <br />accounting limit from $1,500.00 to $2,500.00. <br /> <br />Professional Service A~reement between WoolDert LLP and Cabarrus County for <br />Phase II Development of North Cabarrus Park and AdoPtion of Budget Amendment <br /> <br /> On November 13, 1999, the Board agreed to move forward with the design of <br />Phase II of the North Cabarrus Park during this fiscal year. <br /> <br /> UPON MOTION of Commissioner Barnhart, seconded by Chairman Fennel and <br />unanimously carried, the Board approved the Professional Services Agreement <br />with Woolpert LLP to prepare a survey, construction documents, and construction <br />administration for Phase Two development of North Cabarrus Park at a cost of <br />$54,155.00.
