C. General <br />Statute 160A-269), then your acceptance of the proposal pending the outcome of the upset bid <br />process is required. <br /> <br />I recommend three conditions be added: <br /> <br />(1) <br /> <br />(2) <br /> <br />(3) <br /> <br />Note: <br />want to <br /> <br />Possession of the property by the successful purchaser shall be deferred until <br />October 1, 2000 regardless if an earlier closing of the transaction should occur. <br />If the purchaser should decide to close on the property prior to October 1, 2000, <br />then the County's rent to the purchaser for use of the property for the interim <br />period shall not exceed one dollar ($1.00) per month. <br /> <br />The County and the School System shall have salvage rights to all materials <br />inclusive of fencing located on the site if removed prior to October I, 2000. <br /> <br />The purchaser accepts possession of the property in "as-is" condition on the date <br />of possession (October 1, 2000). <br /> <br />Fletcher Hartsell may have other issues relating to legal conditions that he may <br />suggest. <br /> <br /> Office of the County Manager <br />~ ~cx 7:';7 · Cor~cord.
