AMENDMENT TO CABARRUS COUNTY MEMORANDUM OF UNDERSTANDING <br /> <br />BUDGET AND SUPPORT <br /> <br /> The County Extension Director will prepare and submit an annual budget <br />request to the County Board of Commissioners for the county's share of funds for <br />salaries and operating expenses. It is further understood that: <br /> <br />Cabarrus County will pay 48.51% of the salaries of County Extension <br />Agents and the County Extension Director and 70% of the salaries of <br />three Extension secretaries. <br /> <br />The North Carolina Agricultural Extension Service will pay 51.49% of the <br />salaries of County Extension Agents and the County Extension Director <br />and 30% of the salaries of three Extension secretaries. <br /> <br />The North Carolina Agricultural Extension Service will provide supervision, <br />review and evaluation of all Extenison personnel according to the Extension <br />Management System for Personnel Development and its undergirding <br />policies and procedures. Salary increases will be based upon the findings <br />of this process and the mandates of state government or university policy. <br /> <br /> This agreement amends the Memorandum of Understanding between the North <br />Carolina Agricultural Extension Service, A & T State University and the Cabarrus <br />County Board of Commissioners and shall become effective November 6, 1989. <br /> <br /> L ..<',/.t('M4.::~.~' k,,. , <br />Director, N.
