The to~ acr~ge is 0.259 <br />acres which will be sold for $18,5o0.0o ~n acre or $4,791.50. The sales pflce is cq,,~!, to <br />the price the Board paid for the property. <br /> <br /> The property to be conveyed is a triangle separated from the rest o£the school <br />property by the entrance fight o~'way to the school. By selling the property, the County <br />will no longer have to maintain an inconsequential strip. The School Board has <br />authorized the sale and the Commissioners must waive their statutory dight o£first refusal <br />before the sale can be completed.
