The year 2000 <br />theme is "Community Waters." Thematic bookmarks will be distributed to all local governmental <br />employees and posters will be displayed in all departments in conjunction with this observance. <br /> <br />REQUESTED ACTION: Proclaim the week of April 30-May 7 as Soil and Water Stewardship <br />Week in Cabarms County. Rev. Joseph Miller, pastor of Cross of Christ Lutheran Church, has been <br />asked to give a brief overview of the 2000 Soil and Water Stewardship Week observance.
