Payne to the Board of <br />Directors of the Water and Sewer Authority of Cabarrus County (WSACC) will expire <br />at WSACC's Annual Meeting on June 15, 2000. <br /> <br /> Cabarrus County will need to make a new appointment for Mr. Payne, based <br />upon his letter of resignation dated April 13, 2000, to Arne Fennel, Chairman of the <br />Cabarrus County Board of Commissioners.
