I have been out of town in <br />training, as well as conducting training. I am in receipt of your letter regarding the appointments <br />of the CJPP Advisory Board. At our last meeting, I was under the impression that Patrick Qqfinn. <br />Chair to the CJPP board, was going to mm the names into you as to the reappointments that were <br />approved. <br /> <br />At this t'mae, the board would like to reappoint the following current members: Chief Paul D. <br />Brown, Sherffi'Robert Canaday, Charlotte H. Kiefer, Dana lC Nance, and Dorsey M. Ward. The <br />board also discussed the possibility of Toni Shope filling the space of Amy Anderson, as a new <br />appointment. The same was voted upon and approved. Ms. Shope will fall into the category of <br />'Commtmity Based Corrections.' <br /> <br />Amy Anderson and Tony Potts have both resigned from the CJPP Board. Mrs. Anderson has <br />changed her job title and location, and Mr. Potts has accepted a position in Colorado and has <br />relocated there. At this time, the board is in search ora replacement for Mr. Potts, who was listed <br />in the 'Victim of Crime' category. No other recommendations were discussed or approved by the <br />CJPP board. <br /> <br />Thank you for your time and efforts.
