One is in a treatment center for severe behavioral problems. <br /> <br />Currently there are 4 children placed in the group home as of 5/1/2000. There have been 17 children <br />flaced at Lutheran as of 5/1/2000. <br /> <br />Describe how program will obtain and analyze data to detem~ine clients court <br />involvement 1 year following termination from the program. <br /> <br />A letter will be mailed to each client at last known address requesting follow up information to help <br />track court involvement and living arrangement status.
