The following appropriations are made in the Landfill Fund for the Fiscal Year beginning July 1, 2000 and ending June 30, 2001:

<br />There is hereby levied a tax at the rate of .56 cents per one hundred dollars valuation of property listed for taxes as of January 1, 2000, for the purpose
<br />of raising the revenue listed as "CURRENT AD VALOREM TAX LEVY" in the General Fund.
<br />
<br />This rate of tax is based on an estimated total valuation of property for the purposes of taxation of $10,029,620,000 at an estimated collection rate of
<br />97.59 percent. The estimated rate of collections is based on the fiscal year ending 1999.
<br />

<br />Special appropriations to non-profit organizations shall be distributed after the execution of an agreement which insures that all County funds are used
<br />for a statutorily permissible public purposes.

<br />The County Manager is hereby authorized to transfer appropriations within a fund as contained herein under the following conditions:

<br />1. He may transfer mounts between objects of expenditures and revenues within a department without limitation.
