Mx. Harwood's t~m will expire on Iune 30, 2000. We <br />strongly recommend that he he reappoin~d. Paula Fox will also bc cligiblc for <br />reapl~imment. Ms. Fox rcplacrxl Michael Brown and served out his term for FY <br />99-00. We also strongly recommend the reappointment of Ms. Fox.
