Format Guidelines <br /> <br /> Your county plan should be formatted in the following manner - please follow these <br /> guidelines. <br /> <br /> · 12 point font <br /> <br /> · all white paper <br /> <br /> · all pages one-sided <br /> <br /> · single spaced for sections containing narrative or bulleted text <br /> <br /> · 1-inch margins on all sides <br /> <br /> · submit 10 copies of the complete plan <br /> <br /> · only use binders/document covers if paper is easy to remove, not hole-punched, etc. <br /> <br /> · include page numbers on every page, including appendices, supporting documents, etc. <br />II.
