CABARRUS COUNTY <br />BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS <br /> <br />Meeting Date: August 15, 2000 Agenda Item # ~'~ ~ <br /> <br />SUBJECT: Appointments to the A~Iult Care Home Community Advisory Committee <br /> <br />The terms of appointment for Ms. Martha E. T. Hagood and Ms. Gall Hall end on August 31, 2000. <br />Ms. Hall has indicated her interest in being considered for reappointment. <br /> <br />Ms. Hagood was appointed to the Department of Aging Advisory Committee in February 2000. In <br />March, the Board waived the dual membership provision of the County's Appointment Policy to <br />allow Ms. Hagood to serve on both committees. Ms. Hagood has indicated her willingness to serve <br />on the Adult Care Home Community Advisory Committee if reappointed. The Board wouM need to <br />again make an exception to the policy to reappoint Ms. Hagood. <br /> <br />REQUESTED ACTION: (I) Reappoint Gail Hall for a term of three years ending August 31, <br />2003. (2) Consider the reappointment of Martha E. T.
