The public hearing notice was published in <br />CHARLOTTE OBSERVER (Cabarrus Neighbors) on July 13 and 20, 2000. There was <br />no one present to address the Board concerning the road name change, and <br />Chairman Fennel closed the public hearing. <br /> <br /> ~ON MOTION of Commissioner Barnhart, seconded by Commissioner <br />Carpenter and unanimously carried, the Board approved Petition 00-03 changing <br />the name of an Unnamed Road to Rodney Rushing Road. <br /> <br /> <br />
