ARTICLE II: <br /> <br />PERSONNEL <br /> <br />¸2.1 <br /> <br />General Requirements: CFM will provide all administrative menu preparation <br />and food preparation staff necessary to perform the contemplated services. Menu <br />shall be reviewed and approved in advance by a Registered Dietitian. <br /> <br />2.2 <br /> <br />Staff'tug: CFM will ensure that there is an appropriate number of staff on duty <br />to support the food service operation at all times. Ail food service employees <br />necessary to meet the specifications of the Contract will be CFM employees. <br /> <br />ARTICLE IH: LICENSING <br /> <br />3.1 <br /> <br />Licensure, Certification and Registration of Personnel: All personnel <br />provided or made available by CFM to render services hereunder as well as CFM, <br />itself, will be licensed, certified or registered, as appropriate, in their respective <br />areas of performance or service pursuant to applicable laws and regulations. <br /> <br />ARTICLE IV: RECORDS AND REPORTS <br /> <br />4.1 <br /> <br />Food Service Records: CFM will maintain accurate food service records, <br />sanitation reports and food service inspection reports relevant to determining <br />CFM's performance during the term of the Contract. <br /> <br />4.2 <br /> <br />'Sanitation: CFM will be responsible for daily cleaning and housekeeping in the <br />food preparation, service kitchen, and storage areas, and will, on a continuing <br />basis, maintain high standards for sanitation. CFM shall meet all sanitation <br />standards and codes for food service under applicable laws and regulations and <br />shall be responsible for the daily cleaning and housekeeping in the dining areas <br />with the j ail facility. <br /> <br />ARTICLE V: <br /> <br />CONTRACT MANAGER <br /> <br />5.1 <br /> <br />Contract Manager: Pat Templin is designated Contract Manager and is <br />responsible for administration of the Contract on behalf of the Client..The <br />Contract Manager shall serve as Client's primary liaison with CFM and shall <br />approve all payments to CFM. <br /> <br />2 <br /> <br /> <br />
