Staffis comfortable with the sexually
oriented business section. The sexually oriented business section has many court
cases cited and we feel it is legally as far as we can go without violating constitutional
rights. There is currently a two-week turnaround on the addresses and PINs. The 80
ft outdoor storage in the AG district is for a home occupation. We are willing to
negotiate on this matter. We are currently working to ensure that the administrator is
clearly identified. We have not had any other complaints on the use table; however,
we are willing to look at any specific suggestions.
