Mike Quickle / Debbie Brown Request: Asked more time to review the changes, expressed fears regarding industrial and commercial growth as well as affordable housing. -. Action: No more changes in the document. A master list of suggested changes will be submitted with the LIDO so that the changes are clear and identifiable. Staff's have agreed to try to address affordable housing at the follow meetings. Tom Small Requested: Criticized the connectivity ratio/expressed quality of life living on cul de sacs. Requested more time to review Action: None. Staffis comfortable with the connectivity ratio. Steve Medlin Requested: Criticized complexity of UDO, complained that it would increase housing costs, concerned about affordable housing. Action: Staffs agreed to meet again to discuss affordable housing. Jerry Newton Requested: Requested more time to review the document. Suggested a copy with the appropriate county citings would be helpful. Criticized sexually oriented business section. Complained about two-week turnaround on addresses and PIN's. Complained about 80sq foot outdoor storage in AG district. Wanted clarity regarding Planning versus Zoning Administrator. Suggested further review of the use table. Action: The additional review time has been granted. We have produced a copy of the UDO with the appropriate county citings. Staffis comfortable with the sexually oriented business section. The sexually oriented business section has many court cases cited and we feel it is legally as far as we can go without violating constitutional rights. There is currently a two-week turnaround on the addresses and PINs. The 80 ft outdoor storage in the AG district is for a home occupation. We are willing to negotiate on this matter. We are currently working to ensure that the administrator is clearly identified. We have not had any other complaints on the use table; however, we are willing to look at any specific suggestions.
