At 6:52 p.m., <br />Chaizm~an Fennel reconvsned the public hearing and recoguized Mr. Mike Quickel <br /> <br />~ing a decision on the UD0: (1) Agricultural District density; (2) Home <br />occupations; (3) Time frame for the review process by the administrator; (4) <br />Landscape certification requirements; (5) Co~actlvity ratio and cul de sacs; <br />(6) Sidewalk regulations; ~ (7) Minor subdivisions, including utility and <br /> <br />the ~ec~ate l~ublic Facilities Ordinance (APF0} for the following reasons: <br />(1) ~ecessary with ~he other ~ regulations; (2) Lack of a co~rehensive <br /> <br />is over and a~ove what everyone else has paid for public facilities; (4} <br /> <br />improvement program for each facility reguired by the UDO. <br /> <br /> There was lengthy discussion by the Board and Mr. Ouickel concerning <br />the sidewalk regulations, specifically the need for sidewalks, safety <br /> <br /> Mr. Gary Frye guestioned the'association of the UDO project with <br /> <br />(2) Identification of the 'decision-m~aking body;" (3) Regulations concerning <br />studies or home churches; (4) Need for additional definitions; (5) Numerous <br /> <br />Statutes. In closing, Mr. Frye said he would have a problem with the <br />Ordinance if it affected what he could do with hie ow~ land. He stated for <br />the record that he would he against anything that would affect his freedom <br />and his rights. <br /> <br />issues raised by Mr. Frye, including the decision-making body and the <br /> <br /> <br />
