CABARRUS COUNTY <br />BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS <br /> <br />Meeting Date: November 20, 2000 Agenda Item <br /> <br />SUBJECT: Watershed Buffer on Former County Land at Lake Concord and Related Budget <br />Amendment <br /> <br />Plans are to install a 6-foot high chain link fence along the lake shoreline bordering the Waterside <br />Landing subdivision located on the former Lake Concord property. Land Craft Development will <br />clear the fence line area and pay the $2.05 LF cost differential for vinyl coated fencing. The County <br />will pay $10.38 (less $2.05) LF for the fencing installed along an estimated 3,420 LF of shoreline. <br />County costs are approximately $28,500.
