<br /> Ms. Pamela C. Ou~en, ~xtension Agent, Fam/ly and Consumer Education,
<br />gave & brief overview o[ the local 4-H Program and the celebration of October
<br />as National 4-B Month. She reco~nized the following 4-B raembers on their
<br />National 4-H Tabletop exhibits currently on display in the lobb~ of the
<br />C~verxunental Center:. First Place - John Wesley ~off, Junior Division (9-10
<br />year olds); Toauuy Clark, ~lmior Division (11-12 year olds}~ ~J/drey Seynolds,
