<br /> Mr. Steve Little, Parks and Recreation Director, gave a brief overview
<br />of the Cabarrus County Matching Incentive Grant pro,ram which began in 197S.
<br />He presented the Parks and Recreation Commission's recommendation to award
<br />$60,314.00 in 2000-01 Phase I Matchtn~ Incentive Grant funds to seven
<br />organizations.
