It should be possible to complete the remaining items within the <br />next few weeks. If it is agreeable with the City, Concord Development Group <br />has agreed to set the closing for December 15, 2000. <br /> <br /> If a December 15 closing is acceptable to the City, please let me know and <br />I will prepare an appropriate amendment to the Agrc. cment.
