December 6, '2000 <br /> <br />TO: <br /> <br />Vice Chairman Carmth <br />Commissioner Freeman <br />Commissioner Suggs <br /> <br />RE: County Department Introductory Sessions <br /> <br />As we discussed earlier, I thought it might be beneficial to each of you to spend a little time with <br />each of the County's departments. This may help you better understand and/or become more <br />aware of each department's function. We hope to be able to arrange for all three of you to visit <br />each department at the same time. (This will ensure timely staff coordination and that each <br />Board member gets a similar presentation.) <br /> <br />I suggest the weeks of January 8 - 12 and January 16 - 19. Attached is a calendar schedule. <br />Please block dates you can be available. <br /> <br />I will coordinate your individual schedules into one comprehensive program; We will try to <br />"squeeze" the process as much as possible. <br /> <br />Please provide this information back to Susie Bonds as soon as possible, but no later than <br />Monday A.M.
