Murphy ~kk,~x' <br /> <br />December 8, 2000 <br /> <br />HOME AND COMMUNITY CARE BLOCK GRANT COMMITTEE <br />APPOINTMENTS <br /> <br />On behalf of the Cabarrus County Home and Community Care Block Grant Committee, <br />please appoint Ms. Susan Donaldson to replace Mrs. Tami Mistry as a representative of <br />the Cabarrus County Department of Aging. Susan has assumed the responsibility of <br />coordinating the Home and Community Block Grant after Mrs. Mistry's resignation last <br />year. Her involvement with this committee is vital to the day-to-day administration of <br />this grant. <br /> <br />Furthermore, please appoint Ms. Ronda Deitch to replace Mrs. Sue Archer. Mrs. Archer <br />recently retired fi.om the Area ~gency on Aging and Centralina Council of Governments. <br />Ms. Deitch will represem the Area Agency on Aging on this committee. <br /> <br />Thank you for your time and consideration. <br /> <br /> <br />
