Box 707 <br />Concord, NC 28026 <br />Fax - 788-9820 <br /> <br />RE: Stonegate Subdivision <br /> on Flowe Store Road <br /> <br />Dear Mr. Clifton: <br /> <br />As you know, on Thursday, December 17, 1998, the Planning Board denied our <br />Stonegate Subdivision on Flowe Store Road. <br /> <br />We would like to appeal the Board's decision and be placed on the agenda for the <br />Cabarrus County Board of Commissioners. <br /> <br />We understand the dilemma that the Cabarms County School System is facing with the <br />overcrowding situation.' We would like to offer the similar proposal that Highland Creek <br />proposed to help towards the Cabarrus County School System. We are offering to donate <br />$500.00 per lot for our 105-1et community to hopefully help alleviate some of the <br />problem. This would total $52,500.00 that the Cabarrus County schools could add to <br />their land procurement program. <br /> <br />If you have any questions, please advise.
