I was previously the Vice-Chair, but due to the resignation from the <br />board of Nancy Woodward, I assumed the role of chairman. In addition to <br />this change, Ms. Woodward's departure leaves the board with a vacancy that <br />should be filled with a member with knowledge, experience and expertise in <br />crim/nal justice. We are forttmate that Dana K. Nance, an Adult <br />Probation/Parole Officer, of the Cabarrus Office of the North Carolina <br />Depa~ hnent of Corrections is willing to serve on our board. <br /> Therefore, I would like to nominate Dana K.
