This <br />information is taken from page 18 of the Cabarms County Personnel Ordinance (Revised luly 1, <br />1994). These items are located under Article V. Conditions of Employment · Section 2, Gifts and <br />Favors. <br /> <br />(a) <br /> <br />No official or employee of the County shall directly or indirectly accept or solicit <br />any personal gift, whether in the form of service, loan, thing or promise from any <br />person where the employee has influence over any decision involving such person. <br /> <br />(b) <br /> <br />No official or employee shall directly or indirectly accept or solicit any personal <br />gift, favor or thing that may tend to influence that employee in the discharge of <br />duties. <br /> <br />(c) <br /> <br />No official or employee shall grant in the discharge of duties any improper favor, <br />service, or thing or value. <br /> <br />Please do not hesitate to contact me ifI can offer any further assistance. <br /> <br />Sincerely, <br /> <br />Michael L.
