<br />The Base Bid includes the widening and street improvements to Corban Avenue and the parking
<br />lot except for the items listed in the alternates. Alternate No. 1 includes the installation ora drip
<br />irrigation system. Alternate No. 2. includes the installation of an electrical service for the drip
<br />irrigation system, Springfest electrical outlets, and conduit for future barrier gates and card
<br />reader. Alternate No. 3 is a deduct for the installation of PVC Picket Fence in lieu of the Planter
<br />along the west property line.
