Through our pricing <br />method, the administration of SAIL monitors the flow of clients on a weekly basis. <br /> If third party reimbursement is available, (our agency is approved for Medicaid, <br />Medicare, Disability, and a variety of managed care health panels), insurance will be <br />billed for the appropriate amount and no charge will be made to the county for that <br />individual. The monthly invoice will reflect this information. Invoices will be submitted <br />no later than the 10th of each month for the previous month of service. <br /> <br />A POSSIBLE BUDGET BASED ON 50-75 CLIENTS IN DIFFERENT STAGES <br />OF TREATMENT IS PROVIDED ON THE FOLLOWING PAGE <br /> <br /> SAIL at the present time operates no other program in Cabarrus County. <br />We understand that a location will not be made available by the Criminal Justice <br />Partnership program. Therefore, if SAIL is awarded the opportunity to provide <br />treatment, a space will be found and rented that meets all state and federal <br />guidelines. SAIL also understands that since this program will be new, the initial <br />flow of clients is unknown and thus staffing will be modified as the program grows, <br />Ail figures given below are estimates of cost.
