This easement would cover 22.8 acres of land currently owned by the <br />City of Concord on the north side of the Rocky River below Aviation Boulevard. <br /> <br />A copy of the proposed conservation easement is attached to this memo, along with maps of the <br />approximate location of the affected area. Mr. Rich Koch, the attorney for the Planning & Zoning <br />Commission has reviewed the draft conservation easement and has not recommended any changes. <br /> <br />Mr. David Franchina from Kennedy Covington Lobdell & Hickman will be at the Commission meeting to <br />answer any questions that you may have about this matter. <br /> <br />· Page 1 <br /> <br /> <br />
