Please review' this <br />information closely and advise if you have questions or comments. <br /> <br />NOTE: On some items there may have been no specific direction o_r there may be <br />some difference of opinion among Board members as to specific direction. An effort to <br />address these issues with further staff follow-up is denoted. All issues will require <br />further action by the Board unless other~vise outlined. <br /> <br />(1) <br /> <br />The Board (4-1) directed staffto pursue a plan to complete the proposed parking <br />facility located at Corban and Church working jointly with the City and CDDC. <br />Specific agreements and required budget actions will be presented when <br />completed. <br /> <br />(2) <br /> <br />The Board along with representatives of the EDC, cities of Concord,and <br />Karmapolis, Chamber of Commerce and County staff reviewed and discussed <br />various aspects of current economic development incentives used locally. <br />General changes to the current plan were discussed thoroughly. A draft of <br />modifications (provided by the County Manager) was reviewed and several <br />modifications of that document were discussed.
