Rowell to the Board of Directors of WSACC be added to your March <br />agenda. <br /> <br /> Based upon WSACC's Articles of Incorporation, Cabarrus County will make <br />the At-large appointment "- - - with the advice of the other organizing political sub- <br />divisions". I have obtained written and/or verbal confirmation from all of the <br />organizing political subdivisions of WSACC. All but one (1) have concurred with <br />WSACC's suggestion that William Connolly, of SouthTrust Bank, be the appointment <br />made by the Commissioners for the replacement of Mr. Rowell.
