CABARRUS COUNTY - CURRENT MEMBERSHIP <br /> <br />Cabarrus County has four (4) members on the twenty (20) member Centralina Workfome <br />Development Board (WDB). The Cabarrus County Commissioners will select and approve <br />nominations for WDB members based on the slate of nominations presented by the appropriate <br />agencies and organizations listed under "General Information". Each WDB member is appointed <br />to serve a two-year te,m. Nominations and appointments to fill the categories of Education and Social Services <br />are requested. Mr. Polk is eligible for reappointment as the Social Services representative. Mr. <br />Polk is an excellent board member. The Centralina WDB requests that Mr. James Polk be <br />reappointed. <br /> <br />*Ms. Misenheimer is now retired from Cabarrus County Schools. Her resignation fi'om the <br />Centralina WDB is effective April 1, 1999. The Centralina WDB requests appointment of <br />Dr, Harold (Butch) Winkler (Cabarrus County Schools Superintendent) as the Education <br />representative <br /> <br />If an individual does not wish to be reappointed to the WDB, please obtain necessary nominations <br />for appointments. Please supply David Hollars at Centralina a list of nominations and appointees <br />(including name, title, company/agency, address, and phone numbers) as soon as possible but no . <br />later than May 1, 1999. Individuals appointed or reappointed to the WDB by May 1 will be <br />invited to be part of the Centralina WDB Retreat and Strategic Planning session on May 13-14, <br />1999. <br /> <br /> <br />
