195 <br /> <br />2. WSACC agrees that the County will add and collect a charge for the CRF <br /> collection based upon the following schedule: <br /> a. Five percent (5%) of all fees collected during the first year of <br /> collection; <br /> b. Two and one-half percent {2~%) of all fees collected during the <br /> subsequent years. <br />3. The collection charge will be added to the CRF and shown separate on the <br /> statement. <br />4. Funds collected each calendar month will be forwarded to WSACC by the <br /> fifteenth {15~n) day of the following month, less the collection charges. <br />5. The County Board Of Commissioners and the Board of WBACC may, by mutual <br /> action, amend this Agreement to modify any of the terms~ conditions, or <br /> procedures outlined herein, <br /> <br /> This Agreement is valid through June 30, 2029.
