It consists of 36 proposed lots <br /> generally an acre in size. <br /> <br /> At build-out, this subdivision may add approximately 22 (36 lots x .60) <br /> children to the Cabarrus County school system. Please see Exhibits 2 and 3 <br /> for information pertaining to the addition of children to the school system. <br /> <br /> This proposal falls under the annexation area for Kannapolis effective June <br /> 30, 1999.
